Always call ahead prior to shipping any trophies!
We only accept USDA shipments of game animals being mounted at Rapalee Taxidermy.
We are not a clearing house to process your trophies being mounted elsewhere.

Be sure that trophies being sent are properly prepared and preserved. Contact us for field preparation instructions.
Please attach a letter to your shipment stating the following information:
NAME
ADDRESS
DAYTIME TELEPHONE NUMBER
Hunting License Number
Drivers License Number
Tag or Seal Number
Mail or email a copy to our office so we will know to expect your shipment.
Make sure that each package is addressed carefully, and that your name and return address appear on the outside of the package. If the contents are perishable, please ship next day air.

If you plan to hunt Alaska, please contact our office prior to your hunt and we will advise you of the best shipping method for your trophies.

For Shipments originating from outside the USA, make sure all of your paperwork is in order and that all of the proper permits have been applied for and received. (Your outfitter will assist you in obtaining the proper paperwork for the species hunted.) Put a complete set in the box, attach two sets to the outside and send another to Rapalee Taxidermy. We CANNOT process your shipment without the proper papers and permits.
*Canada and Mexico trophies can be brought back with you by vehicle or air travel. However, you need to be 100% sure all of your papers are applied for and obtained. Your trophies will be held at the border if your paperwork is not correct.
